For over a year now FC Security has been providing Grace O'Malley's Toronto with their security services. This is a letter of reference in regards to Dave Francois, who worked for me in the position of Head Of Security from the years 2003-2006 at the downtown Toronto nightclub Fez Batik. My position at the time was that of General Manager.

During his tenure with me, Dave demonstrated great leadership abilities in organizing security for up to 25 staff on any given night. Dave’s responsibilities included hiring of the staff, and training them on all liquor laws. Being in a highly policed area, it was imperative that all our security be on their toes to ensure we didn’t receive charges, and to protect the safety our customers (we often had 500 people in the building).
